Australian Shipping

we work hard to enable a smooth check in for all guests and will have your order enroute asap. 

If you have any questions regarding a shipment- pop by reception at hello@hotelofbeauty.com and our friendly staff will track that one down for you- you beauty!

After placing an order at hotelofbeauty.com you will receive tracking information, aswell as an order confirmation- so keep an eye out prior to your stay. 

Standard shipping flat fee of $11

Express shipping flat rate of $14.50

Free shipping within Australia on orders over $200

we use Australia Post and you can check postage delivery times using the post code 3184 here!

A $11 redelivery fee will apply for the following reasons:

  • Entering an incorrect address at checkout, causing your order to be sent back to us.
  • Not picking up your item from the post office or courier depot, causing your order to be sent back to us.

International Shipping

We currently ship to EU, UK, NZ & HK - we are working on welcoming more guests worldwide soon!

Standard international shipping flat rate of $35

Express international shipping flat rate of $40

Standard Service – Ships via AusPost and your country’s local mail carrier. Hotel of beauty is not liable for any delays and the customer will be required to pay redelivery fees due to lost packages.
Please note that once your order leaves Australia, we recommend switching to your country's local mail carriers website for tracking updates using the same tracking number.

Express service - ships via Auspost (& your local delivery service) or DHL.

Refunds & Exchanges 

for hygiene reasons, at the hotel of beauty we can only offer a replacement/refund on products that are deemed faulty. we do not offer returns/refunds on opened items with signs of use if you change your mind.

we work hard to ensure our products make a safe journey in your hands, but anything can happen once our products leave our hotel of beauty. 

if your product is faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact our reception returns@hotelofbeauty.com with a photo and order number upon immediately upon receiving your product or within 14 days of receiving your order. we will then work with you to resolve the issue through a replacement, or refund as per your legal entitlements, after assessing the situation. 

please keep in mind an item is not deemed faulty if the box or outer packaging is damaged in transit- it is to provide safety to the product and may be dented on it's journey to you.

we are always working to ensure our product descriptions, images, and colour swatches on our website guide you in making the right choice- but as always If you have any questions about what product will be best for you- contact us at reception and we will be here to help! email us at hello@hotelofbeauty.com before making your purchase.

customs & duty

International customers may be required to pay sales tax, duty and/or Customs charges. All Taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. 

Taxes and customs charges differ depending on the country and state of the shipping address. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you. 

The Hotel of beauty is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order. If you refuse your delivery, you are responsible for the original delivery charges, any applicable tax and duties charges, and the cost of returning the package and will not be entitled to a refund.
