Refunds & Exchanges
for hygiene reasons, at the hotel of beauty we can only offer a replacement/refund on products that are deemed faulty. we *strictly* do not offer returns/refunds on opened items with signs of use if you change your mind.
if your product is faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact our reception hello@hotelofbeauty.com with a photo and order number immediately upon receiving your product. we will then work with you to resolve the issue.
please keep in mind an item is not deemed faulty if the box or outer packaging is damaged in transit- it is to provide safety to the product and may be dented on it's journey to you.
customs & duty
International customers may be required to pay sales tax, duty and/or Customs charges. All Taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge.
Taxes and customs charges differ depending on the country and state of the shipping address. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you.
The Hotel of beauty is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order. If you refuse your delivery, you are responsible for the original delivery charges, any applicable tax and duties charges, and the cost of returning the package and will not be entitled to a refund.
